Rates for the Transportation of Empty and Loaded Containers

For the transportation of two containers on a single trip, payment is made for the trip (as for one container), unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
The rates do not include port access fees for Vladivostok ports:

Additional Information:

  • The listed rates apply to the transportation of containers weighing up to 24 tons gross.

  • For containers weighing over 25 tons gross, a surcharge of 2000 RUB per ton is applied, but not exceeding 30 tons gross.

  • The start of loading/unloading is considered when the vehicle arrives at the loading/unloading location, but not earlier than the specified time in the request. The end of loading/unloading is considered when the cargo is handed over/received at the loading/unloading point.

  • Standard loading/unloading time: 20ft – 3 hours; 40ft – 4 hours. Overtime is charged at 2000 RUB per hour, with partial hours considered as full.

  • Standard time for container placement/removal: 20ft; 40ft – 1 hour. If exceeded, the cost is 2000 RUB per hour of waiting for loading/unloading operations.

  • Entry to an additional delivery address within the same settlement – 3500 RUB.

  • For the return of empty containers to sites and terminals outside of Vladivostok, an additional charge of 4000 RUB applies.

  • The cost of using imported containers owned by FESCO Integrated Transport LLC (FESCO Transport Group) is 1500 RUB per container.

  • Empty container deadhead due to the customer's fault = 50% of the transportation rate.

  • Loaded container deadhead due to the customer's fault = 60% of the transportation rate.

  • Deadhead without a container due to the customer's fault = 30% of the transportation rate.

  • Other routes not specified in the table will be negotiated separately.
